I had OZ Racing, 'Competition' rims in 17" x 7.5" with a 35mm offset.  I
ran two different brands of tires and sizes.  Dunlop SP 8000 in 215 40zr
17.  Bridgestone SO-2 Pole Positions in 225 35zr 17.  I guestimate that
the rims weighed 28 lbs.  I did not run into any problems with the rims
and tires.
