Actually, I just ordered it from snap on myself for 12.00.  If you want,
I'll send you the part number when I get it.

You could also go to a hardware store and make one.

Get a bolt ( with the correct size head of course ) and two nuts.

Put the nuts in and then counter twist them so that they lock.

You can then turn the nut that is closer to the head and it won't come
off.

PS - get a strong bolt, and nuts with the correct thread or else it will
strip.  That's what happened to the first one that I made.  My buddy
Peter ( mechanical engineer ) SWEARS that this will work with a good
nut, but I don't want to fuck with it anymore, so I'm buying the
snap-on.
