hey drivers,
Just tightened up my sub-frame and the car feels much better.
It must have loosened since I installed the sway bars so if you have sway
bars and its been six months check the sub-frame.

later,

Hmm. Bentley gives a torque spec (which varies from bolt-to-bolt) "plus
1/4 turn". That does almost sound like a stretch bolt doesn't it?
But they don't say you should replace the bolts and they're not usually
shy about that...

Can we verify this? Neuspeed's swaybar installation didn't say
anything about changing the bolts. My Bentley says that the
front two bolts should be tightened to 70nm + 1/4 turn more.
Does that mean it's a stretch bolt? If so, anybody else wanna
own a piece of Neuspeed???

I did torque them down to spec and followed the proper sequence. The car
feels great. If it starts to loosen up again I will replace the bolts.
Over half of my rattles are gone 8)
