The spring rates on the front are 505 versus the stock H&R ones at 395.

Paul,

I am running about 505 Lb springs in the front with the H&R
Coilovers. It made a huge improvement with the way
the car handled and suprisingly it was not very harsh.

Later,

Enrique

The stock front rate was 385 or so, the back is more like 280. That is
what I recall off the top of my head, although I could be off some.

Enrique

I have been told by Mike Potter of Virtual World Parts that the
aforementioned H&R coilovers come with #280 rears and either #380 fronts
(4cyl) or #500 for the VR6 cars. Oddly enough they also use the same
valveing on both models so you could almost say switching to a 500 is
factory recommended BTW: Mike Potter can get the Bilstien/H&R springs
separate from the coil overs so you dont have to use the possibly
incompatible ERS springs.

HTH

Nate
