Air Bag Driver with tilt $722.00
Air Bag Passenger        $743.00
Cover                    $ 68.90
Clockspring w/ tilt      $ 92.70
Control Module           $421.85
Bracket                  $  8.55
RT Retractor             $ 55.90
LT Retractor             $ 55.90
Labor                    $164.10

$2472.87 with tax. Ouch!  Now I know why airbag theft is so high.
