a friend of mine ordered a grill for his Corrado almost six months and =
when it was not rec'd after 3 months, he called and cancelled the order. =
well the order was cancelled 3 months ago and he has yet to rec his =
credit. he keeps getting the run around. anyone else having this =
problem? any lawyers here on the list or do we need to contact the =
Kentucky Atty General about this matter? any suggestions on how to fix =
this matter with TH since calling them does not seem to fix anything.

Motorsport 1,

I've got almost the same problem with them.  On December 31, 1997, I
placed an order for a set of Neuspeed 25 and 28mm sway bars.  I was told
that the items would be drop shipped directly from their supplier to me
and that I would recieve it in 4 or 5 days.  T. H. Motorsports charged
my card on the same day.  On, January 9, 1998, I called to cancel
because I did not recieve it and the Neuspeed Sport Lowering springs and
Bilstein HD struts/shocks did a better job than expected.  I spoke to
Jason (the only one who gives credits) and he said the supplier never
even attempted to ship out the products and that a credit would be
immediately applied to my credit card.  Well, after 4 more calls to
Jason and 4 promises by him to call me back after confirmation of the
credit, I have thus not recieved a credit or any calls back from Jason. 
Just about every time I call, mysteriously their computers happen to be
down.  Don't even bother getting a catalog or other information from
them, I requested information on the M-3 side skirts almost 5 months ago
and have not recieved a thing.  Right now, I've got my credit company
working to get my money back.

I can't agree with you more.  All they give is excuses, excuses, excuses.  
If I wasn't such a politically correct sun of a bitch, I would have wrote a nasty
article in the ClubH2O newsletter, bit instead I'll voice my opinion to hundreds
of VW owners all over the internet.
"STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS"
My problem with TH is nothing compared to the other stories I have heard, but just
to let you know....
I order their latest color catalog (as advertised in EC) around Thanksgiving time
and enclosed a check for $3 along with a nice letter stating who I was and about
ClubH2O and even a newsletter.  Well, to this day, I still do not have the catalog,
but what do ya know.... They cashed my check in the first half of December.  Anyway,
when I e-mailed them they had some excuse about there was a problem at the printing
company, but they did not have a good excuse why they would have cashed my check
and not sent a damn thing.  How stupid are these people.  Do they not realize that
we all speak with each other?!!!  Do they not realize that we are their market?!!!


Oh well, sorry, I'll stop bitchin' now

I was looking at the SPAX/SPAX setup from them because of their great
prices however the mass of negative experiences projected on the list
was one of the reasons I chose to go with another setup. It is
unfortunate because they have lost a sale based on their reputation and
I just wouldn't take that chance.

A satisfied customer is usually quiet and an upset one tells everyone
how bad their experience was. I just couldn't find enough happy
customers of theirs.

If only everyone would operate to New Dimensions excellent example.
