Probably the exhaust. I noticed the same thing after the identical
suspension upgrade. I heard that the hangers go bad after a while. Freaked
me out at first, thought I screwed up something on the install. The exhaust
bangs against the shield that is between the muffler and the tank in my
case.

Turns out to be worn out exhaust hangers for the middle-muffler. Used some
zip-ties to secure it, and it's fine and dandy right now. It must've been
hitting the shine rear-sway bar.
