Here are the part numbers straight from my invoice:

1H0819644	Filter
1H1819640A	Housing
1H0819648A	Frame

Installation took half an hour for the dealership to complete.

Hope this helps.

At 6 months my foam filter is showing no signs of being clogged, a just
little debris on the top. None of that grey "lint" you might see in an A/C
that has been running for years. I guess I will change it every year or
so. You can get about 2-3 filters out of one package of "cut to size" A/C
foam filter material - cost about $1.00 - get it at your local hardware
store. No, it wouln't block pollen, but it will block most of the shit
that gets in your eye when you turn on your vents and the bits that get all
over your dash.

How often do you have to change/clean the foam filter? I wonder if the
pleated paper VW one lasts longer.
