Damn, I can't find the name of the guy I talked to two years ago.
However I contacted them directly, and they were happy to work with us.

Give them a call.  They should be happy to help.

They had 3-tier pricing:
- Single manuals were in the $59 range
- An order of 10 was about $36 each (as I recall)
- An order of 100 was about $33 each (as I recall).

They were unfortunately unable to split orders up between geographic
locations; that is, they couldn't split an order of 100, and ship part
to Boston, part to San Francisco, etc.  Further, the savings of 10 over
1 was much more than the savings of 100 over 10.  So we decided to:
- go with multiple orders of 10
- appoint regional volunteers to collect money, place the order, receive
the shipment, and distribute the books.

For the record, I am _not_ volunteering to be in charge of the Bentley
purchase! ;)  However feel free to let me know if you have more
questions...
