The ad has been wrong for months now. I called back in early September and
they told me the same thing. The ad is incorrect. The actual price is
$84.95. A lot of BS I thought. I can't believe they are still running it.
They should either honor the ad or yank it. THat's false advertising and
they have had months to correct it.

	Hi,
This is not in defense of AMS, but it might explain the
situation. I onc=
	e
got the advertising package for EC with pricing on advertising etc.
They
offer a rate if you submit an ad for a certain amount of months,
which is
cheaper than changing your ad each month. Because of this, there may
have
been a change, but knowing that, it surprises me he didn't either
honor t=
	he
ad, or point out the discrepancy right away. Who knows. Just wanted
to le=
	t
	you know how that worked.-G

You`re right the way I went about defending my shop was rude and
uncalled for, so I went out for a drive now I`m ready to do this in a
more respectful manner. The reason I even brought up the subject of AMS
was not to make my shop look better, that was never my intention. What I
was trying to do was let every one know the truth about where this kit
came from! I feel the guys at Z-ENG should get the credit for their
work on this kit. I would like every one to think of eurotech in a
positive way but just like anyone when I`m wronged or see someone else
being wronged I speak out. About thinking that I or my shop is better
than every one else is not true I would like to know where you would get
that idea from,I`ve never came on this list and ranted about eurotech
being better or myself being better. I did join this list to have fun
and help other vw nuts like myself, not to bag on other shops but the
view I have being on both sides of the business lets me see more than
alot of others. thanks LES.J

This is what I can`t understand who ever is defending ams just came out
and said that they took the kit from Z-eng OH but we redsigned the kit
if you look at the kit in the pictures they sure do look the same to
me!here is the bottom line if you need to hide and sling SHIT then I for
one don`t think you MAN enough to waste my time on! I do have A good
idea for all those who want to verify what I`ve told you all you need to
is ask Z-ENG or ARON at APS both of there e-mail address`should be on
the list somewhere! Let`s address one final subject the bullshit about
eurotech dealing in or posessing stolen part`s of any type my business
is my life and therefore I run it in the same manner and that is with
the highest level of honesty! I always welcome any of my cusomers into
my shop at any time they can look around ask any questions if any one
thinks they would like to come by to look around run motor #`s you don`t
need to call first just come by the door is always open and the phone is
always on! What would every one in the the south east say to an open
house and work weekend bring your parts and shine your cars use my shop
and tools for the whole weekend!

Yes you did, Scott. You missed gtipower <fastvr6aol>
calling Les, *me*, and Aaron Neumann liars. Then, he went on to call
Les a criminal, and said:

WHY DOESN'T SOMEONE ON THE LIST ASK EUROTECH ABOUT THE
STOLEN MERCHANDISE IN HIS GARAGE. NAMELY THE MANY VR6
     MOTORS HE HAS.

OOOOOPS! Sorry to spill the beans.

I don't know what Les is planning, but the best thing that he could
do in my opinion is say nothing more here and sue for defamation of
character.

No reason to. I was "in the loop" with Neuspeed on this long before
AMS came out with their kit, and it was so secret that I was worried
that I would be fingered for spilling the beans! What AMS built is
exactly what was described to me as being developed by Neuspeed.

I'll be down in a few weeks. :-)

Les, let me give you a piece of advice on the Internet. Anybody
with a keyboard can pretend to know what's going on, and credibility
is very hard to judge at times. This list has lost many important
members, such as Randy Hubbard of RACETECH, because the trolls
questioned their competence and credibility whenever they didn't
agree on a topic. Fortunately, your credibility is high among
those of us who know better, and you don't need to defend it for
us. I would honestly hate to see you, Tim at ND, or any of the
other industry leaders leave this list like Randy did over constant
accusations. You have a lot of good info to contribute, and I'm
sure that you are learning stuff in return. I, for one, welcome
you here. Just keep your cool, because it lowers you to the level
of the trolls when you lose it.....

-Arthur
