Kevin,

Just buy some of the little plastic clips that sit on the end of the
seat rail guides. It takes about 5 mins. to install. I find that after
the guide has fallen off a couple of times, it's more and more likely to
fall off, as it no longer snaps into the guide as snuggly as before. I
don't have a part number or cost for you, my dealer gave me a couple for
free!

Little plastic thingys on the part of the seat that slides in the rails
break often. Get new plastic thingys and snap 'em in. Any VW parts guy
worth a damn knows exactly what you want without even looking it up.
