The following is directly from the Schroth instructions. YMMV.

The left side lap belt goes under one of the two bolts that hold the
driver's side seatbelt slider bar to the floor. I think that I
used the front bolt, if it matters.

The right side lap belt goes to the seatbelt buckle mounting bolt
under the right side of the seat. This bolt is attached to the seat.
Seat removal is a 30 second job, and simplifies the process.

The left shoulder harness mounts to the rear seat belt retractor bolt.
You'll have to open the rear seat. This is the hardest one to get.
The right shoulder harness goes to the center rear seat belt buckle
anchor bolt. This should be the second-easiest one, but I seem to
remember having a problem getting a socket on it. Use a wrench
if it is a bad angle.

Now, for the safety lecture. First off, I wouldn't drive with them
on the street. Been there, done that, the novelty wore off after
25 miles and a sore neck/back. Secondly, the shoulder harnesses
MUST pass INSIDE the posts on the seat headrest. If they don't,
both shoulder harnesses will slide off in a frontal collision.
Finally, do not, under any circumstance, mount the rear shoulder
harnesses any place but to your rear seat belt anchors or to an
approved roll bar. About half the installs I've seen were incorrect,
especially where the rear harnesses were bolted to the back of the
driver's seat track. You MUST have a 45 degree or less angle to
the floor on the rear shoulder restraints, or your forward motion
in a head-on will crush your spine downwards.

Read, heed, and you won't bleed.....
